Concreting of Bayan-San Isidro FMR

Invitation to Bid for CONCRETING OF BAYAN – SAN ISIDRO FARM TO MARKET ROAD Subproject ID No. PRDP-SU-IB-RO13-SDS-007-MAR-001-2023-FMR 1.) The Government of the Philippines (GOP) has received a Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Philippine Rural Development Project Scale Up, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF BAYAN – SAN ISIDRO FARM TO MARKET ROAD with Subproject ID No. PRDP-SU-IB-RO13-SDS-007-MAR-001-2023-FMR. 2.)The Local Government Unit of Marihatag , implementing partner of the Department of Agriculture, now invites bids for the CONCRETING OF BAYAN – SAN ISIDRO FARM TO MARKET ROAD with Estimated Project Cost (EPC) in the amount of ONE HUNDRED SIX MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 106,983,000.00) . Completion of the Works is required in 320 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 5 of the Instructions to Bidders, and Sub-sections 5.2 and 5.4 of the Bid Data Sheet. 3.)Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform Act”, with some amendments, as stated in the Bidding Documents and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations. The contract shall be awarded to the Bidder that met the criteria indicated in the Bidding Documents. 4.)
