The People’s Republic of China has received the loan from the, World Bank, toward the cost of Shaanxi Energy Transition and Innovation Demonstration in the Heating Sector and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Procurement of Heat Exchange Technical Casing Pipes for the (Phase II) – DK1 Mid-Deep Non-Interference Geothermal Heating Project in Yangjiacun Comprehensive Redevelopment, Xincheng District, Xi’an City (Contract No.: XA-YJC-G01). 2. The Xi'an Xinye Industrial Co., Ltd. now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders for Heatexchanger Technical Casing (Oil Casing) and related services. The delivery period is 90 days from contract signature. 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
