SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS SAMOA PACFIC REGION PREPAREDNESS, ADAPTATION AND RESILIENCE (PREPARE) Loan No./ Credit No. IDA 7990-WS / Grant No.: IDA E636-WS Contract Title: Supply and install six (6) new land- based Automatic Weather System (AWS) Reference No : WS-MNRE-534856-GO-RFQ The Independent State of Samoa has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the PREPARE , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and install 6 new land-based AWS. This contract will be jointly financed by Systematic Observations Financing Facility (SOFF). Bidding process will be governed by the World Bank and the Government of Samoa’s rules and procedures. The Ministry of Natural, Resources and Environment (MNRE) now invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the goods and service required.
