The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for procuring the subject consulting services, which shall be implemented by the Ministry of IT and Telecom (MoITT) through its Project Management Unit (PMU). 2. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the professional expertise of a “Senior Telecom Policy and Strategy Consultant” on a monthly lump sum remuneration basis. The Ministry of IT and Telecom, through the Project Management Unit, intends to hire the services of a “Senior Telecom Policy and Strategy Consultant” for DEEP to assist the project management in the relevant field. The consultant, as an expert in the field, will provide quality advice maintaining the highest degree of integrity and ethical standards. The individual consultant will be hired initially for a period of 24 months. 3.
