The consulting services (“the Services”) include works supervision in The Gambia and in Togo as briefly summarized: Preparation and Mobilization Phase; Technical Review and Approval of Execution Documents; Works Supervision and Quality Control; Contract Administration; Contract Management System; Environmental, Social, Health and Safety Monitoring; Testing, Energization, Commissioning and Acceptance; Defects Liability Period and Final Acceptance; The period from mobilization through construction, testing, commissioning and provisional acceptance shall not exceed eighteen (18) months in either The Gambia or Togo. A separate defects liability monitoring period of up to twelve (12) months shall follow provisional acceptance for each relevant works contract. The indicative maximum duration is therefore thirty (30) months for each country contract.
