The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Technical Assistance Facility under the Learning Acceleration in Secondary Education (LAISE) Project, being implemented by the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to engage the services of a Financial Management Specialist (Individual – National). 2. The scope of the consulting services includes, but is not limited to, supporting the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant financial management of the Project in accordance with the requirements of the World Bank and the Government of Bangladesh (GoB).
