AMENDMENT 0002 is issued to correct a discrepancy between the quote submission deadline stated in Amendment 0001 and the deadline displayed in the SAM.gov opportunity posting. Due to an administrative error, SAM.gov reflected a submission deadline of 19 September 2026 at 2:00 PM JST. The Government will honor the publicly displayed SAM.gov deadline.
