VII. AMENDMENTS 9/17/2026 - Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide the Government's responses to industry questions. 2. Amended Solicitation - FA524026Q0041. I. DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA524026Q0041 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for vehicle removal and towing services on Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. CONTRACT LINE-ITEM NUMBERS (CLINS) are firm-fixed price (FFP) as shown in the attached SF1449 titled Solicitation - FA524026Q0041 and Attachment 2 - Price List. III. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE The primary objective of this contract is to provide comprehensive commercial vehicle removal and towing services for abandoned Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) and associated parts and Government-Owned Vehicles (GOVs) and equipment on Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the work as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include 1) Abandoned Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) and associated parts Removal: Complete wrecker and towing services for the removal of abandoned vehicles and associated parts. 2) Government-Owned Vehicle (GOV) and Equipment Removal and Transport to Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLA-DS), Naval Base Guam (NBG): The removal and transportation of GOVs and equipment from AAFB to DLA-DS facility at NBG.
