EADS MASS NOTIFCIATION SYSTEM TESTING & PREVENATIVE MAINTENANCE

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote from the 174th Attack Wing, Syracuse, NY, with performance in Rome, NY. This solicitation is to perform preventative maintenance checks on the Mass Notification System at the Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS), Rome, NY, as outlined in the attached PWS. The Eastern Air Defense Sector requires annual preventative maintenance for its Outdoor Mass Notification System to ensure its operational readiness and reliability. The system is critical for base-wide alerts and communication. Award will be made to the lowest price offer that can meet the criteria of the RFQ and PWS that is a small business registered in sam.gov. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 561621. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL option years required. Partial quotes will not be considered.
