Project Overview (Summary of Bid Items) The contemplated contract will include the following work as shown in the construction documents (Drawings & Specifications Volumes 1–3): CLIN 0001 – Base Bid, General Construction (Cemetery Expansion): Construct a 3,360-niche columbarium. Develop gravesite sections for 3,712 pre-placed crypt burials. Develop gravesite sections for 6,821 in-ground cremains interments.
