***Amendment 2*** Added drawings for placment of portable office spaces in each hangar ***Amendment 1*** **Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract.** This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through the DAF Contracting Compass. In order to be considered for award, offerors shall return a copy of this solicitation with all representations filled in. Offerors may elect to use their representations in SAM.gov to fill this requirement. Offers shall be submitted in pdf format and are limited to 10 pages. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to design, deliver, build, and install two (2) four-wall, single-story modular office structures at McConnell AFB, KS: Unit 1: Hangar 1126 (South Bay) Unit 2: Hangar 1107 For full details regarding the scope of work, technical specifications, installation requirements, and delivery schedules, please refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 15 Sep 2026 and other documents. The Statement of Work has also been updated to remove section 3.1.2, "Floor Fastening." Submissions are due no later than 18 September at 12:00am CDT.
