Distributed Ground Station United Kingdom (DGS-UK) Program

This request was not awarded competitively in accordance with Statutory Authority: 10 USC 3204(a)(4) as implemented by RFO 6.103-4, International Agreement. Field Service Engineering Support Services and sustainment support is required for the DGS-UK (Distributed Ground Station-United Kingdom) Program. DGS-UK is used for collection, correlation of data and collaboration of signals of interest from airborne, ground and other systems to provide near real time actionable intelligence to the warfighters. This acquisition is a source directed requirement to Raytheon Company (CAGE 04071), an RTX Business, 22110 Pacific Blvd, Sterling, VA 20166. The proposed period of performance is 26 September 2026 – 29 March 2029 (a five (5) month base period, a 12 (twelve) month option and a thirteen (13) month option. The applicable NAICS code is 541330. The instant contract is an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type instrument with provisions for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Reimbursable No Fee (CRNF) contract line items (CLINs).
