Any question submitted must be tied to an answer provided in the attachment. The proposal due date will remain unchanged but the government will continue to monitor the need to extend. September 10, 2026 It was brought to the government's attention that previous solicitation amendments cannot be accessed. They now have been activated and are accessible. The work performed will be complex in nature, require multiple construction trades, and may require engineering design perform
