This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Request For Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337127, Institutional Furniture Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as 100% total small business set-aside. The National Transportation Safety Board ’s Office of Research and Engineering (RE) requires laboratory tables to support laboratory instruments, component disassembly, and photographic documentation in the NTSB High-Bay Facility. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Supplies The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and any other items or services necessary to deliver laboratory furniture in accordance with the requirements specified in RFQ 9531BM26Q0028 Attachment 1 – Laboratory Furniture Specifications and Price Sheet.
