The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kenya Digital Economy Acceleration Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract [1]forSupply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Wi-Fi Routers and Related Goods for 600 Universities and TVETs (Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Wi-Fi Routers and Related Goods for 600 Universities and TVETs (Lot 1: 97 No., Lot 2: 50 No. , Lot 3: 60 No., Lot 4: 99 No., Lot 5: 47 No., Lot 6: 53 No., Lot 7: 96 No. and Lot 8: 98 No.). For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit. 2.
