SeaPort: CNSP PA/VI Support Services

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is seeking capable sources and industry input to provide Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CNSP) with Public Affairs and Visual Information (PA/VI) support services in San Diego, California via a SeaPort NxG Task Order. The Contractor shall provide expert strategic communications, multimedia production, social media management, and SharePoint architecture/administration to support the CNSP Public Affairs Office. This includes formulating fleet-wide communication plans, developing high-quality visual/video content for digital platforms, and designing and maintaining higher headquarters-level SharePoint collaboration sites. Capability statements should specifically highlight the vendor's ability to provide personnel with an active Secret security clearance and demonstrate specialized experience in executive-level strategic public affairs, full-cycle video/multimedia production, and highly technical SharePoint system administration and architecture. The period of performance shall include a twelve (12) month base period, with four (4) one-year option periods, and an optional six (6) month extension under FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
