Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting office 16 (NCO16), The Veterans Health Care System of Ozarks (VHSO), intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price FSS purchase order to include four (4) option years to SCRIPTPRO USA INC, 5828 REEDS ROAD, SHAWNEE MISSION, KS 66202-2740 for ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing Systems and Associated Equipment. The Veterans Health Care System of Ozarks (VHSO) currently owns and operates ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing Systems and associated equipment. The service contract requires an annual service agreement to include telephone support, remote support, and on-site remedial/preventive services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is **339112-Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing**, with a size standard of **1,000 employees**. The Government intends to award this requirement to SCRIPTPRO USA INC, who is identified as the only responsible source capable: - Providing telephone support Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, CST; Technical and Clinical Applications. - Providing emergency repair on equipment when notified of corrective action need by Biomed Representative, with one business day on site response time. - Include coverage of parts, labor, and travel to complete corrective maintenance. - Providing Priority parts delivery, including overnight shipment. - Providing licenses and updates for software and Operating Systems (OS). - Providing database updates. - Providing interface maintenance. This action is conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405 6(a)(1)(B). ScriptPro has been determined to be the only source capable of providing the required supplies and services at the necessary level of quality because the supplies and services are unique and highly specialized.
