West: N 23rd Street (north of Market Street) and S 23rd Street (south of Market Street). Lease Term: 5 year, 3 years firm Amortization Term: 3 years for both Tenant Improvements and Building Specific Amortized Capital. Agency Tenant Improvement Allowance: $70.15 per ABOA SF Building Specific Amortized Capital (BSAC): $12.00 per ABOA SF Occupancy : The Government cannot occupy the premises or commence the lease prior to July 2027.
