14 May 2026 Update: ADDP-4 Industry One on One sessions for prospective Prime Contractors Only . Prime contractors may include subcontractors in their assigned session. No limit on the number of participants for each session which will be recorded and transcribed. Requests shall be submitted no later than 29 May 2026. In order to fulfill DHA’s mission, the contractor will provide comprehensive dental care services worldwide to eligible ADSMs under the ADDP4 contract. The ADDP4 contract will provide worldwide dental coverage to ADSMs of the Uniformed Services of the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Space Force, the U. S. Coast Guard, Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service. DHA is in the acquisition planning phase for the ADDP4 follow-on contract. The DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided for industry feedback.
