King County, WA; Bexar County, TX; Hillsborough County, FL; Pinellas County, FL; Pasco County, FL; Polk County, FL; Manatee County, FL; Fairfax County, VA, Oklahoma County, OK; Denver County, CO. • The applicable Wage Determinations have been attached and incorporated in full text to this solicitation. Please be advised that a Government Accountability Office (GAO) protest is currently in progress under Docket Number B-424743.1, with an expected resolution date of November 23, 2026. The Government intends to proceed with the solicitation using the current published dates; however, contract award will be withheld pending disposition of the protest and will be made no earlier than November 23, 2026. **22 September 2026** RFP HT941026R2001 Amendment 0006 This amendment is issued to notify interested parties of the following updates to the solicitation and its associated attachments: •Solicitation: Page 18, FAR Clause 52.222-49 has been incorporated including WageDeterminations for Honolulu County, HI, Pierce County, WA; Kitsap County, WA, SanDiego County, CA, and Arlington County, VA. Offerors are advised to submit in writing forany performance locations, including remote/telework sites and the proposed facility/location, prior to the cutoff date of 12:00 PM PDT, 24 SEP 2026 in order for theGovernment to obtain and incorporate the appropriate Wage Determination (WD) via solicitation amendment prior to proposal submission. •Posted an updated Question and Answer document. •Attachment 1 (Performance Work Statement): Para 1.11.2 has been revised for thePIRMAC hours for PST/PDT as applicable.
