Customs and Border Protection Controlled Solicitation Availability for UAS Platform Requirement

Due date for proposals is extended to 10/21/2026 5PM Eastern. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is issuing Solicitation No. 70B06C26R00000185 for a controlled UAS platform requirement. This acquisition is anticipated to be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS 336411 and PSC 1550. Due to the sensitive nature of the requirement and associated law enforcement operational information, the full solicitation package, Statement of Work, technical attachments, and supporting documentation will not be posted publicly on SAM.gov. Eligible SDVOSB vendors may request access to the solicitation package by contacting the Contracting Officer. To be considered for access, vendors must: Be registered and active in SAM.gov; Be an eligible SDVOSB concern; Demonstrate apparent capability to perform the requirement; Execute DHS Form 11000-6, Non-Disclosure Agreement, dated 08/18, and initial the Other Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) category; Agree to limit access to solicitation materials to personnel with a need to know; and Agree not to reproduce, disclose, distribute, post, transmit, or further disseminate solicitation materials without prior written approval from the Contracting Officer.
