Offered space must be located in a professional office setting and not within strip malls. Offered building must be no closer than 300 walkable feet from homeless shelters, dispensaries, or drug treatment facilities, law enforcement, areas zoned for manufacturing, industrial warehouse, retail and residential areas. The public entrance to the building must be located more than 300 walkable feet to schools (K-12).
