The Government of Tanzania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Roads to Inclusion and Socio-Economic Opportunities Project (RISE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Lwanji I Bridge (200m) span along Mtowisa – Ilemba Road Section , Tender No.: AE/001/2026/27/HQ/W/18 (TZ-TANROADS-564086-CW-RFB) . The Tanzania National Roads Agency the Implementing Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Lwanji I Bridge (200m) span along Mtowisa – Ilemba Road Section for the construction period of 15 months inclusive of three (3) months mobilization from the commencement date and 36 months Defects Notification Period. Margin of preference is not applicable. The Works consist of construction of 200m new and piled bridge and its gravel standard approach road.
