Grant number: EC TF0D1660 Tender reference number: CHCS-WSIP/AF-G-001 Publication Date: 28 September 2026 Project Implementation Center for WSS under the Committee for Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tajikistan (PIC-CHCS) has received funding from the World Bank to cover expenses under the Water Supply and Sanitation Investment Project (WSIP-1) and intends to allocate a portion of these funds toward payments under the contract for procurement of an electric passenger vehicle for the Project Implementation Center CHCS office in Dushanbe. The tender will be conducted using the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method, as specified in the World Bank's “Procurement Regulations for Borrowers of the International Finance Corporation” dated July 2016, revised in September 2023. (“Procurement Regulations”) and will be open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations. In this regard, the PI CHCS invites Suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of goods specified in the Request for Quotation: “Procurement of an electric vehicle for the Project Implementation Center - CHCS office in Dushanbe”. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) is provided free of charge to all interested bidders upon submission of a written request to the address indicated below or by email to the address specified in Item 6. Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing to the address below no later than 15 October 2026. Deadline for Submission of Quotations: 15 October 2026 , by 16:00 hours local time.
