Building 215 Clean Room HEPA Filter Replacement

Site Visit The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) will conduct an optional site visit in connection with its Request for Information (RFI) for the Building 215 Cleanroom HEPA Filter Replacement requirement at the NIST Gaithersburg campus. The purpose of the visit is to help interested vendors understand the existing conditions and provide informed responses to the RFI. The visit is for market research only. Attendance is not required to respond to the RFI or to participate in any future solicitation. This site visit does not constitute a solicitation or a request for proposals or quotations. NIST will not award a contract or reimburse attendance or response costs on the basis of the RFI. RFI responses will be used for planning purposes and will be treated as information, not offers. The Government will host a site visit on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 9AM EST at the following location: National Institute of Standards and Technology 100 Bureau Drive, Building 215 Lobby Gaithersburg, MD 20899 Offerors interested in attending the site visit must submit their request for visitor badge via email to Drew.Comley@nist.gov and Warren.Livengood@nist.gov by no later than Wednesday, October 7, 2026. NIST Gaithersburg is a secure federal facility. On the date of the site visit, all Visitors to NIST Gaithersburg may access the site, through the Visitor Center from the main gate (Gate A) at W. Diamond Ave. and Bureau Drive. All visitors must be preregistered and present photo identification and vehicle registration information upon arrival.
