Advanced Development of OXOS X3, a Point-of-Care Diagnostic X-Ray Imaging System for Detection of Fracture and other Trauma

Transform trauma response by bringing hospital-grade imaging directly to the point of need by developing and receiving FDA clearance of the OXOS X3, an ultra-portable, high-output general radiography and fluoroscopy system engineered to function as a threatagnostic medical countermeasure (MCM). Designed to weigh under 25 pounds and deliver up to 100 kV / 15 mA at the point of need, X3 augments the transport-to-imaging bottleneck that currently degrades survival in mass casualty incidents (MCIs) involving nuclear detonation, conventional blast, or large-scale trauma surge events. By bringing hospital-grade diagnostic capability directly to the casualty, whether in a high-volume Emergency Department, a temporary field hospital, or a triage site, X3 restores the diagnostic foundation of the ATLS primary survey at every step where current portable assets fail.
