The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3,984 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a mile radius of Diamond Hill Commons, 1551 Diamond Hill Road, Woonsocket, RI 02895. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 12 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
