The information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a competitive or sole source contract. 2.0 DESCRIPTION The Program Acquisition Executive Marine Corps (PAE MC) Program Manager Tactical Communications and Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE), Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) team is seeking industry feedback regarding a capability to perform Own Force Monitoring/Sensing (OFM/S) within the electromagnetic spectrum. The overall OFM/S capability will include multiple configurations including Own Force Monitoring at Echelon (OFM-E) and Squad Level Sensing (SLS). The Marine Corps seeks Commercial or Non-Developmental Items (NDI) that can meet Marine Corps’ operational and performance requirements. Draft documentation defining these requirements will be provided upon request. While the Marine Corps intends to provide the OFM/S capability via multiple configurations, this RFI focuses on the OFM-E.
