This is a solicitation for commercial items in accordance with (IAW) format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Moody AFB is looking for vendor capable of providing a 25-Foot commercial-grade rigid-hull, fiberglass-reinforced law enforcement patrol vessel with dual outboard propulsion engines, electronic/navigation system, law enforcement lighting, custom operational accessories and an aluminum trailer. The vessel will be utilized by Port Moody AFB tactical and law enforcement units to conduct waterborne security, patrol, interdiction, and search and-rescue operations in austere coastal and harbor environments. The following characteristics are as follows: Hull Design & Construction: - Must feature an unsinkable hull design utilizing commercial-grade fiberglass construction with high-density foam flotation. - Self-bailing deck cockpit with integrated scuppers. - Minimum cockpit interior freeboard of 28 inches. - Heavy-duty rubrail and heavy-duty rub strakes (angle mount) for structural defense during close-quarters maneuvers and docking. - Stainless steel cutwater guard to protect the keel during shallow or rocky operations. - Length overall (LOA) of approximately 25 feet to balance stability and maneuverability in harbors and coastal zones.
