*** AMENDMENT 0003 (September 29, 2026) *** Notice is hereby given that the solicitation for Portable Oxygen Generator is hereby canceled in its entirety , effective 29 September 2026. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and solicitation terms, the Government will not reimburse any interested party or offeror for costs incurred in preparing or submitting proposals in response to this solicitation. The Government appreciates the interest and effort shown by industry in response to this procurement. *** AMENDMENT 0003 (July 22, 2026) *** The purpose of Amendment 0003 to Solicitation W81K04-25-Q-1969 is to publish official Government responses to additional industry inquiries that were omitted from previous Q&A releases.
