Work will include a reinforced concrete floor slab, poured concrete foundation, structural steel frame, precast concrete exterior wall panels, flat membrane roof, fire protection systems, intrusion detection system, all necessary utilities, precise heating, ventilation and air-conditioning and humidity controls, isolation from building vibrations, and site improvements. This facility includes secure/non-secure laboratory space/administration space, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, RF Shielding, an elevator, raised-floors and mission support space. Local materials and construction techniques shall be used where cost effective. Construct over 100 parking spaces. Contract duration is estimated at 840 calendar days.
