The U.S. Government is seeking expression of interest for existing leased commercial warehouse and secured wareyard space. This notice is for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RLP) SPACE REQUIREMENTS. In making the determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through necessary space alterations/tenant improvements, and telecommunication infrastructure. Delineated Area: To be considered, the offered property must be located within the boundaries defined in the attached market survey map. Warehouse Minimum SF (ABOA): 5,000 sq ft. Warehouse Maximum SF (ABOA): 6,000 sq. ft. Warehouse Overhead Doors: Minimum of two (2) drive- in doors with a minimum size of 12’x12’. Space Type : Storage (primary) Parking Spaces : 6 Secured fenced Wareyard Minimum sf: 39,000 sf Secured fenced Wareyard Maximum sf: 45,000 sf Leased Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Termination Rights: The Government shall have termination rights after the initial 15- year firm term upon 120 days’ written notice. Expressions of Interest due: Expressions of interest must be submitted electronically to the primary point of contact listed below no later than October 23, 2026. Expressions of interest should include the following information, at a minimum: Building Name and address Amount of warehouse SF and secured yard SF available. Building floor plans, site plans, and specifications showing overhead door dimensions. Confirmation of 6 available parking spaces. Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent the property owner. Estimated rental rate per square foot (fully serviced or triple net breakdown).
