Solicitation Specifications, Section 00 73 00 – Supplementary Conditions, Paragraph L. - COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (APR 1984), the Period of Performance is amended as detailed in the SUMMARY OF CHANGES. This will allow for work to occur during the 2029 and 2030 In Water Work Window years. Environmental permits remain unchanged by this amendment.
