RFP for Advanced Signatures Technologies (AST)

The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), is soliciting services ranging from advancements in software standards and technologies for data processing, storage, simulation/generation, and visualization to the development of new software capabilities for Navy systems afloat and ashore.The Government is soliciting this requirement as a total small-business set-aside. The task order (TO) will be awarded under the SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) and will include Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), level-of-effort (LOE) contract line item numbers (CLINs), as well as cost-only other direct cost (ODC) CLINs for incidental materials and travel.The task order will have a five-year period of performance, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
