Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source procurement to SANSOM Equipment Company for Envirosight equipment for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District. W912EQ26PA031 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Branch, intends to issue a commercial supply purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1 on a sole source basis to SANSOM Equipment Company. This procurement is for Envirosight equipment for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District. The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333924 with a Small Business size standard of 900 employees. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing LaTasha N. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
