This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is closed as of today, 9/30/2026. VA is no longer accepting Concept Paper submissions under this solicitation. Any Concept Papers received after this date will not be reviewed. VA will release a next-generation Broad Agency Announcement for Suicide Prevention in early Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27). This will be a separate solicitation with its own number and instructions, to be posted on SAM.gov when available. The next-generation BAA will incorporate lessons learned from this announcement, reflect new VA priorities, and include refinements to the areas of interest, submission process, and evaluation timelines, with the goal of making the opportunity clearer and more accessible to offerors.
