This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be used. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP), on behalf of IHS OPHS/DPS, intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for commercial PhD-Level Health Economics Analysis Services. This effort will be procured under the authority of RFO Part 12 and competed as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541690 (Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services) with a small business size standard of $19M. Please submit your quote in accordance with the requirements and instructions contained herein.
