On-Site Inscription Services at Fort Jackson National Cemetery - MPS The purpose of this amendment is to address submitted questions. Quoters shall provide a statement of acknowledgement and receipt of any and all amendments. Questions and Answers: Q: Is historical annual workload data available for prior performance periods? A: The estimated quantities provided in the Price/Cost Schedule were developed by the Government using information available during acquisition planning and represent the Government's best estimates for this requirement. Offerors shall base their quotations on the estimated quantities provided. Historical workload data will not be released. Q: Is incumbent contractor information releasable? A: Information regarding prior contract awards is publicly available through SAM.gov. Offerors are encouraged to base their quotations on the requirements of the solicitation. Q: Have there been recurring performance challenges or common corrective action items under previous contracts? A: The Government will not provide information regarding the performance of prior contracts or contractors. Offerors shall prepare their quotes based on the requirements of the solicitation. Q: Are there identifiable seasonal periods where inscription volume increases significantly? A: The Government cannot guarantee future workload patterns.
