This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Spectrum Dynamics Medical Inc. 301 N. Cattlemen Rd. Suite 109 Sarasota, FL 34232. Spectrum Dynamics Imaging Systems will be posted to contracting opportunities from 10/02/2026 through 10/12/2026 under NAICS 811210. This service contract is to ensure that Spectrum Dynamics Imaging Systems at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, New Orleans, LA 70119. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. The period of performance shall be for Base year of twelve (12) months beginning October 19, 2026, to October 18, 2027.
