The Government of Liberia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Regional Emergency Solar Power Intervention Project (RESPITE) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for MHCPP Camp Rehabilitation Procurement Package (2): Supply (Electrical Appliances, Furniture, Kitchen Utensils, Gym Equipment, and Related Items) . “ For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.” 2. The Liberia Electricity Corporation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the following lots under the contract, in a period of 3 months , at the Mount Coffee Hydropower Plant, Harrisburg Township, about 25km from Monrovia .
