The purpose of Amendment 0005 is as follows: A. Revise the solicitation in its entirety, to include the PWS and all other attachments; and B. Provide responses to questions from industry. To be considered for award, offerors shall acknowledge receipt of all amendments to this solicitation by the closing date and time specified below.
