The Health Resources and Services Administration has awarded a competitive, full and open, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for highly specialized scientific methodologies, systematic clinical evidence reviews, and core programmatic support for the Newborn Screening Recommended Uniform Screening Panel (RUSP). This solicitation was issued as a Multiple-Award IDIQ; however, following evaluation of proposals, a single award has been executed.
