Small Business Size Standard: $45 Million The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Alaska District, has requirements for two separate Military Construction (MILCON) projects at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska: EIE480 – Construct Coal Thaw Shed Extension: Extend the existing coal thaw shed at the Coal Handling and Processing Plant (CHPP) by approximately 8,439 square feet to provide heated storage and thawing capacity for six additional coal cars, supporting 24 hours of coal storage.
