Introduction and Purpose This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) is seeking information to identify commercial sources restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN and capable of performing consolidated personal property packing, crating, local drayage, and storage services. This consolidated requirement is primarily focused on local moves within Japan and will support military personnel across four specific installations: Camp Zama, Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, and Yokota Air Base. 2. Scope of Required Services This requirement is for Direct Procurement Method (DPM) services, which are primarily focused on local moves within Japan, as outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
