The Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) invites sealed Proposals from eligible Service Providers for the establishment of three (03) regional media studios at Peshawar, Lahore and Quetta, including studio fit-out, equipment supply and commissioning, capacity building of fifteen (15) PMD staff, pilot productions, documentaries and knowledge transfer. The duration of the assignment is twelve (12) months. The procurement will be conducted through open national competition using the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure with post-qualification and rated technical criteria, in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (November 2020).
