This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in the United Nations Development Business (UNDB) No. WB-P811333—8 of 27-08-2021. 2. The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Boosting Inclusive Growth for Zanzibar: Integrated Development Project (BIG-Z) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Integrated Tourism Development, Infrastructure and Livelihood Improvement in Unguja, Zanzibar (Nungwi village) - Construction of Village Square, Tourist Information Centre (G+1) and Entrepreneurship Centre, and Retrofitting of the Existing Fish Market with Associated Public Spaces, Parking, Urban Furniture, Tide-Defence Embankment and Food Vending Stalls 3. The Ministry of Finance and Planning now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the following works : Construction of Village Square, Tourist Information Centre (G+1) and Entrepreneurship Centre, and Retrofitting of the Existing Fish Market with Associated Public Spaces, Parking, Urban Furniture, Tide-Defence Embankment and Food Vending Stalls Time estimated for the completion of the works is 8 months plus 12 months Defect Liability Period 4.
