Sole Source Cyprus Helipad Apron Expansion

Without this limited source action there would be an unreasonable constraint in the Agency’s ability to complete the required work for a fully function facility, which in turn will compromise mission readiness, diminish airfield safety and capabilities, and will delay the availability of required facilities to support the combat missions. The work to be performed will provide for Design-Build construction of a Helicopter Parking Apron in order for a fully functional facility for the operations of the Helicopters in and out of Mari Naval Base, Cyprus.
