Quotes can either follow the price guide in this solicitation or provide a clear itemized quote to understand the price per foot cost to accurately complete a firm fixed price contract. i.e. Price of 500 ft of boom is $X,XXX, deployment is $XXX, recovery is $XXX, total is $X,XXX. Price per ft is $X.XX. Boom request will range from 400ft to 1500ft but could request more or less depending on method of fuel delivery and size of vessel receiving fuel.
