USCGC Northland Vane Axial Fans Rebuild & Reconditioning (QTY 2) Solicitation Amendment #1 During the award evaluation phase of initial quotations, the Government determined that additional information, substantiating data, and quality reviews are necessary to verify technical acceptability and support a fair and reasonable price determination in accordance with FAR 13.106-3. To ensure full and open competition, allow the Government to thoroughly evaluate technical understanding, and ensure that all quotations are complete, mathematically consistent, and free of clerical discrepancies or scope omissions, the solicitation is being reopened/modified to request that interested vendors review their submissions and submit a Revised Quotation along with supporting pricing and level of effort data. This amendment is issued to: Identify the Government's requirement for revised submissions and supporting data to establish technical acceptability and determine price reasonableness. Request interested vendors to review their initial submissions for completeness, mathematical accuracy, and scope alignment, and submit a revised quotation. Request a Pricing Rationale and Level of Effort (LOE) Breakdown to support the Government’s technical and price analysis. Update the Period of Performance (POP) to 21 Oct 2026 – 04 Nov 2026. Confirm that the Statement of Work (SOW) has been updated to reflect the revised Period of Performance. Establish a revised closing deadline for receipt of quotations.
