The Afar National Regional State, Office of the President, Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP-II) Regional Project Coordination Unit, now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction of two primary livestock market centers in two lots: Lot 1 – Dulessa Woreda and Lot 2 – Megale Woreda. The construction period is 7 months for each lot. Bidders may bid for one or both lots Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, Seventh Edition, 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
